Brooke Lively currently serves as a Receiver in the State of Texas. Miss Lively has a special interest in family owned and operated companies and other assets in dispute, with expertise focusing on fundamental analysis, firm modeling, and valuation backed by strong quantitative skills. She covered a wide range of public companies as an Equity Analyst with Lindus Advisors, before forming Cathedral Capital. Working with Prides Capital and Bain Consulting, she gained corporate finance experience on a restructuring project involving Pegasus Solutions after it was taken private. Miss Lively holds an MBA with a double concentration in Investments and Corporate Finance, from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition, she has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst program and is a Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
