Alan E. Nelson, EdD, is a Lecturer of Management at the Naval Postgraduate School and teaches at the University of Southern California. He also provides corporate training and keynotes on this book and topics related to leadership. Dr. Nelson is considered a global expert in young leader development (www.LeadYoungTraining.com). He has an MA in psychology-communication and EdD in leadership from the University of San Diego. This book is a culmination of over 40 years of interacting with people personally and professionally, analyzing relationship issues and learning why people do and do not get along. The author has 3 grown sons and grandchildren, has been married for over 36 years, and lives near Los Angeles, CA.
