Jim DuBreuil’s business career began in 1979 at IBM and he has built a history of successful experiences in both large and small businesses. At Disney Worldwide Services, Cap Gemini America and other companies, he has held a variety of management and executive jobs. Data center, call center, healthcare financial operations, and education services are just some of the environments where Jim has applied his model to create significant improvement and real business value over the years. His exceptional communication skills have always played a critical role in his success as a manager and teacher. In addition to his effectiveness as a writer, Jim’s ability to impart meaningful information through presentations at any level is absolutely one of the keys to his success. He has proven ability as an excellent communicator and continues to fine tune these skills in every environment. From teaching a math lesson to 3rd graders to presenting the advantages of new software tools to a CFO, Jim can prepare and deliver high quality presentations that inform, illuminate and inspire.
