Synopsis

In the beginning we are Soul, an individual manifestation of the One Creator. Through our human experience we have become separated in our awareness of who we really are, namely a magnificent expression of the Creator with qualities of love, compassion, wisdom, peace and joy. In a series of inspired papers and through the author' own transformational experiences, we are led through a journey of discovery, suggesting ways in which our physical, emotional, psychological and social human experience separates us from knowing ourselves as precious children of the Creator God and suggesting a way back by going within to source the healing power which comes through us from the Source. By shifting our lens, we may go from a limited sense of self to the true identity of I AM; from fear to love; from anxiety to faith; from depression to hope; from low self-esteem to appreciating the miracle we are.

Rev. Phyllis Benoff-Nadel,LCSW, has had a 40 year career as a mind/body/Spirit therapist. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina, an Ordained Interfaith Minister, and an Approved Consultant in Clinical Hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She maintains a private practice in Charlotte, North Carolina and does talks and workshops in personal and spiritual growth. An example of her work has appeared in the Journal "Explore: The Journal of Science and Healing" Sept-Oct 2011. Vol 7.No.5.
