When Max Tomlinson isn’t writing he works as a software architect, which is a euphemism for a middle-aged computer programmer. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, the ultimate beta reader, and a dog named Floyd, a shelter-mix who stops and stares at headlights as they pass by at night. There’s a story there, too.
