After more than two decades of practicing yoga as a life enhancer during her corporate leadership positions, Christina Enneking founded Heart Happy Yoga in 2010 (www.hearthappyyoga.com). In parallel, her consulting business, Energy Resultant, was launched (www.energyresultant.com), focusing on individuals and teams in coaching/facilitative sessions with an emphasis on innovation, mindfulness and customer-connection. Christina has a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University and a Masters Degree in Nuclear Engineering and Business from UC Berkeley. Christina is a vibrant and knowledgeable yoga instructor, receiving her advanced Yoga Alliance certification to qualify as a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and is a Level II-certified Reiki practitioner. She integrates yoga, qigong, energy work, Thai yoga massage and lots of playfulness into her classes. In her free time, Christina has been known to shake a wild'n crazy shimmy with her husband, John, and children Carly and Will. Personal Philosophy Statement: “I thrive on creating bridges between energy and rest, playfulness and intention, and creativity and wisdom. My passion is helping others accentuate their strengths as they evolve on their path to authentic success.”
