There is a rising epidemic of obesity, almost throughout the world and most experts agree that it is caused by our modern diet. The more we tamper with food the worse the problem seems to be.The Pathway to a Diet-free Life puts very little emphasis on dieting, but rather on changing what we are eating. It emphasises the importance of going back to our early roots and eating naturally. The book is based upon the nine basic needs of every human, from breathing to keeping our immune systems healthy. Each need is addressed in turn to give readers a full understanding of what they need to do to improve their health, keep a healthy weight and have an improved life expectancy.
