Synopsis

Ten years after the monster asteroid, Nemesis, crashed to earth, the group have left their retreat in the mountains and moved back to the Tucson area. Over ninety-nine percent of the population of earth is dead, and what is left is a lifeless husk for the remaining few to live on. The streets are littered with debris and abandoned cars, most animal and plant life is extinct, and most humans live by scavenging what little food is left. Our protagonists have fared better than most, banding together to help one another survive. Their town, New Hope, is home for several hundred survivors...and counting. Author's Note: Here's the third and final installment of the three book Target: Earth series. If you enjoyed the first two, I believe this one will please you also. Once more the people of my story told me what was going to happen next, instead of the other way around. Cheryl L. Cholley lives in Southern Arizona and likes to spend her time feeding her chickens and milking her Jersey cow. She and her husband work daily towards becoming more self-sufficient on their little ranchette. Survivalism and preparedness just come naturally in the quest toward self-sufficiency, so her interest naturally gravitated in that direction. After discovering the dearth of post-apocalyptic fiction on the market, Cheryl began visualizing TEOTWAWKI events that could occur. SHTF scenarios make great reading, so writing was the next step. Cheryl has always had a wonderful imagination, but traditional publishing presented too many obstacles for publication to be reasonable. With the introduction of Amazon on the scene, new opportunities presented themselves. Be sure to watch for future works from this author as the ideas burst forth onto the printed page.
