Author Richard Thomas Kerr is a former U.S. Coast Guardsman and cartographer, originally from New Hampshire. He received degrees from Keene State College and the University of Akron, and currently serves as a U.S. Foreign Service Officer along with his wife Jennifer, who was the very first audience to hear “A Tale About a Dragon and a Whale.”
