"My Cousin Tiger Bear Likes to Read" is an inspirational story for the young child. It evokes the means to motivate and encourage young children to read and explore their world. The young cubs’ participation is an example in this whimsical and witty story. The information presented and the incentive behind the story is based on concrete knowledge and learning process for young children. The information is drawn from their daily life experiences. The story is entertaining and educational. It increases the child’s awareness of his/her world around them. Children strongly relate to the story naturally.

Osanna M. Kazezian -Rosa Osanna has worked with young children ages three to six in different settings. “My Cousin Tiger Bear Likes To Read” is the third book in the Emem Bear non-fiction picture book series which includes; “Emem Bear Likes Bubble Bath!” and “Emem Bear, Is two Years Old”. Emem Bear is also the second series of books published by the author. Emem Bear is inspired by the author’s grandniece Emma. Bella Bear series is the author’s first children’s non –fiction picture book collection which includes: “Bella Bear, My Cousin Candy Bear”, “Bella Bear, It is My birthday!”, “Bella Bear, My Little Brother-Bello Enzo Bear”, “Bella Bear Picking Berries”, “Bella Bear; I am a Big Sister”, “Bella Bear’s Family Portrait”, “Bella Bear’s Balloon Ride”, “Bella Bear’s Spring Time Picnic” 1st volume , “Bella Bear It is Summer Time” 2nd volume, “Bella Bear, It is Autumn” 3rd volume , “ Bella Bear It is Winter Time- Let us go Skiing!” 4th volume in the season’s books and “Bella Bear Our Big Ship Ride!”. The series was inspired by the author’s four year old grandniece Sophie. Also, the author has published an instructional base unit for age group three to six; “The Art of Hand-Built Pottery; One Child’s Creativity”. Osanna has a BA in History and Minor in Philosophy from UCLA. An MA in Education/Curriculum Teaching & Learning from Sonoma State University.
