Matt Vincent is a professional competitor in the Highland Games. He is the 2012 IHGF World Champion as well as American record holder in the 28# weight for distance at 94'2" and tied World Record in the 16# Open Stone of 63'1". As a life long thrower and strength athlete I am applying what i learned as a collegiate thrower at LSU and my years of strength training and proper applying it to the Highland Games events. As one of the more technical throwers in the games, Matt is passing on to you what he knows in this helpful easy to understand guide.
