With a passion for fashion Ms. Hill pursued a degree in fashion merchandising. It is during her educational experience in which she noticed the lack of adequate resources for plus size fashion students and entrepreneurs.In the spring of 2013 she launched The Plus Fashion Foundation a non-profit organization seeking to inspire students and professionals to seek careers within The Plus Size Fashion Industry. Currently Ms.Hill teaches an online educational series entitled The Business of Plus™. The Business of Plus offers educational workshops for entrepreneurs with an interest in plus size fashion. Currently Ms. Hill is pursuing a Masters Degree in Apparel Studies with an emphasis in Plus Size Fashion.
