Several chapters of the book include discussions on the establishment of small business and demonstrate continual changes in paradigm, structure, and the design of the small business organizations according to time requirements, including the recession of 2008. Report about management functions is included in this book to show the wide responsibilities of an assistant principal of high school in California. Despite that function of managers in schools and in business organizations are somewhat different and varied according to the type of business, many responsibilities are similar. Most chapters of the books are accompanied by the Article Review related to the chapter topic.
