Dr. Ajay Sahebrao Deshmukh is an Assistant Professor in English at M.S.P. Mandal's Shri in Muktanand College, Gangapur, Aurangabad (MS). He is involved in Creative Writings too. Currently he is working on his book Gurudutt's Cinematic Vision. Apart from this, he is also in Film Studies and Management Studies.
