Pramudith D. Rupasinghe, a native of Gampaha, Sri Lanka, has worked as a humanitarian and a diplomat for more than fifteen years with organizations such as The Red Cross and Crescent Movement and the United Nations in different parts of the world. He enjoys traveling writing, and taking wildlife photographs. He lived in Africa for five years.
