Synopsis

Our planet is all covered by air and we need it clean to our well-being. With new and amusing illustrations from David Palatnik and informative dialogues with the reader, this book shows the importance of the air purity in our lives. You will get to know the different forms of its presence in nature and how it is important and does us good. You will discover many reasons to respect and take care of the air. In doing so, you will preserve the healthy and harmonious life in our planet. This Collection is the result of an encounter between two brazilian friends who had not seen each other for more than forty years. One is a biologist, the other an art director and illustrator. Both had the same idea: to combine an amusing text with captivating pictures to make children understand the multidisciplinary questions that arise with regard to the study and perception of the environment. They are driven by the conviction that if we are to protect our planet we have to start working from childhood onwards to change the paradigms.
