DEE GENERATION is a book-length "proem" that examines the plight of the Post-war Baby Boomers as they decline from optimistic consumer class to post-middle class victims of corporate piracy. Using a combination of wit, satire, and Dantesque dialogs with prominent and influential political, literary, and pop-cultural figures, Floor explores the failings and legacy of her peers. Written in the first person plural, as though the cohort as a whole were speaking, DEE GENERATION is composed of 100 short cantos in lieu of chapters.
