Synopsis
Microsoft now provides everything needed for developers to setup a full-featured, automated development pipeline for delivering mobile apps to multiple platforms such as Android and iOS, as well as Windows Phone OS. The toolset is a combination of Xamarin with Visual Studio Team Services and HockeyApp, and the Google Trends lines for all three technologies are solidly in the upward direction. Cost to developers for this toolset is zero, and the benefits are faster time to market and reduced development costs.
