Madeleine Homan Blanchard, MCC, is a founder of CD2Learning, a content and learning software company and CD2Leadership, a cloud based leadership development program. Madeleine was a founder of Blanchard Coaching Services in 2000. A coach since 1989, Madeleine was a founding advisory board member and Senior Trainer for Coach University and a founding board member of the International Coach Federation, where she served for six years.
