This native New Yorker, former nightclub bouncer and Security Captain is a self described action and sci-fi geek who enjoyed the comic and sci-fi universe as a kid growing up in the eighties in Queens Village. Being a big fan of the X-Men titles, Batman, Wolverine, and the Punisher; but also a fan of books like the Lord of the Rings, and shows like Battlestar: Galactica (new & old), Buck Rogers, and Robotech. Jumping into the e-book universe with his first release titled Warhead, he hopes to expand his love of fiction by introducing characters with a real life "feel" to them; "I want to bring my love of great action fiction to life by writing stories that capture the reader with the dialogue. I never liked reading a book, whether it was a comic book or a novel and reading a line of dialogue that threw me off the story because it didn't flow naturally. I love characters thrown into impossible situations and have the interaction between then sound natural and not un-realistic. As a kid I loved Robotech, and I am not afraid to admit it. It was the first show on television that I got hooked on. I mean, I was 9 years old and waking up at 5:30 am to catch the show at 6am on a Saturday morning. The story line in the Macross Saga and the drama between Rick, Minmay, and Lisa introduced me to the addiction of sci-fi fiction and action. " Warhead is the product of the Company Man universe created by Pete Hernandez III, a life long friend of Kerry's. "Pete had created this wonderful universe where he introduced the concept of a corporate power using science to create super-powered humans as weapons for their own causes. As I went through all this great artwork I came across this early image of Warhead. I fell in love with the back story of the character that I asked Pete to let me play in his universe with Warhead as my toy." Kerry will introduce a trilogy telling the story of the unfortunate United States Marine who finds out what he is. and what he can do to the demise of 500,000 thousand innocent people destroyed in the aftermath. Kerry is currently working on the follow-up book in the Warhead series and happily lives in Florida with his wife Monica and their four children.
