<b>Dr. Hilary Austen</em> was an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management and sat on the dean’s advisory board. Co-founder of Catalyst Consulting Team and the Brain Integration Center, she holds a PhD in Education from Stanford University, and an MA in Cybernetic Systems. Her consulting business, Artistry Unleashed, is based in Sonoma County, California, where she lives with her husband on a 25-acre organic farm. @backyardterroir</b><br /><br /><p><strong>Roger Martin</strong> is Academic Director at Martin Prosperity Institute, professor emeritus of Strategic Management, and former Dean at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.</p>
