Synopsis

Counting to five seems simple enough, but what do you do when she leaves out the two? You tell her "forgetting it is easy to do." You keep on trying until she gets it just right. You keep on counting until it is time to say goodnight. One, Three captures this special moment of silliness, fun and love between a mother and her young daughter. Inspired by real-life interactions between the author and her own little girl, One, Three is a reflection of that very precious time in their lives. Make your own memories enjoying their fun one, three or as many times as you like! One, Three is the work of author and illustrator Dina L. Lewis. À propos de l'auteur

Dina L. Lewis aspired to be a children's author and illustrator at a very young age. From her first writings of an elf-like creature she called a Kattib to a daylong adventure of a quarter that now resides at the bottom of a payphone, Dina filled her grade school days bringing life to imaginative characters and magical places. After graduating at the top of her class, Dina went on to write and illustrate a handful of children's picture books for her young nieces and nephews. Inspired by her own little girl, Gianna, she has rekindled her ambition to be a children's author and illustrator and is now brave enough to share her works with the world. Dina currently resides in Pennsylvania. She works for a local university and spends her free time watching her daughter learn and grow while enjoying the fresh rural Pennsylvania air.
