Deborah J. Levine is an award-winning author, founder/ editor of the American Diversity Report, winner of the 2013 Champion of Diversity Award, and Huffington Post blogger. GOING SOUTHERN was featured on CSPAN-BOOK TV. Her articles on cultural diversity are published in journals, popular magazines, and newspapers in the U.S. and internationally. Brought up in the British colony of Bermuda, she has a life-long passion for cross-cultural education and obtained advanced degrees in cultural anthropology and in urban planning. Currently headquartered in Tennessee, she trains international executives in corporations such as Volkswagen, Nissan, Toyota, International Paper, and Kimberly Clark. She is the recipient of awards from the Tennessee Economic Council on Women, Girls Inc./Chattanooga, American Planning Association/Chicago, and the National Catholic Press Association. Deborah serves on the Diversity Task Force of Volkswagen Chattanooga, and is VP of Communications for the International Business Council of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.
