Nigel J. Copsey has decades of experience in managing, training, consulting and coaching in a number of countries and even in unusual situations that presented some “interesting challenges.” From his relatively early years, he developed a passion: people, performance and productivity. This has remained with him and grown ever since. During his career he has focused strongly upon performance improvement, rarely accepting the status quo.
