Synopsis

This book is a work of non-fiction, history and my Memoirs. My ancestors moved from Germany to Denmark, France, Mauritius and South Africa. We finally settled in Australia. Included are family accounts of First and Second World Wars lived through in France and in Germany, and my own account of living in South Africa in a changing world during times of dangerous turmoil. Included are our travels in South Africa, and Namibia, journeying by campervan through France, staying in kibbutz’s in Israel, motels in America, a hotel in Niagara, and pensione’s in Medjugorje in Bosnia Herzegovina. This book would never have been written but for extraordinary events which took place in the heart of Zululand from 1955 to 1971. Since 1981 I have worked unceasingly to make the message of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Marian Shrine at Ngome known to the world as she requested. My purpose in this book was to affirm the presence of God, through the Holy Mother of His son Jesus, in our world today, and to share the experience of His presence, again through the Blessed Virgin Mary in the daily lives of our family.
