The first part of the book explains how to organize your life with the prioritizing process and describes the human needs, wants, and hopes. The second part explains how to maximize flexibility and minimize stress to find happiness, and the third part explains our existence on earth and the rationale behind the meaning of life. This book obviously represents my personal understanding of life and will hopefully help some individuals who are looking for a refreshing way to look at our brief passage on earth.

Biographie de l'auteur

Passionate about life and driven by his Italian father's curiosity and tenacity, Marco is a very positive individual thanks also to his sensitive and pragmatic French Canadian mother. An active childhood in a cosmopolitan environment just north of Montreal led to a bachelor of science in architecture at McGill University. He's always looking for an exciting and suitable lifestyle and travels around the world, and ten wonderful years in the Rockies got him to a peaceful and outdoorsy community in the Columbia Valley. Even though he's far from his father and sister, Marco makes the most out of life in a gorgeous mountain setting and continues to grow on this exciting journey.
