The book is about learning to ride mostly for folks at or after middle age. Anyone learning to ride could benefit from it as well. It was inspired by my own experiences. Although I was on a bike a few times when I was 17, it was like starting all over again when I took it up again at 56. I knew absolutely nothing about bikes or how to ride, and didn't know who to ask or what to ask them. I learned a lot during my adventure and, looking back, there were lots of things I wish I had asked, or known to ask. The book is about those things.
