This is a book that talks about many forms of exercise and some of the nutrition and equipment needed to maintain a fitness regimen and good health. In this book I try to educate those who have little to no experience in weight training so that they can take up the sport and augment their workouts with proper cardiovascular routines such as swimming, walking, cycling or Yoga. This book is for the young man who was bullied simply because he wasn't as big as the other kids or was passed over for sports teams he dreamed of being on or even was simply ignored because he didn't stand out enough to attract the attention of the opposite sex. In this short book I also go over some of the core exercises used in lifting weights as well as the options weight trainers have in equipment, methods, places to work out, and some of the facts about nutritional eating, supplements, and the disadvantages of steroid use.
