Biographie de l'auteur

Catherine Powers was born on an air force base in Hempstead, Long Island, NY. She grew up in Northampton, MA and Dearborn Heights, MI. She has worked as a social worker, psychotherapist, pizza delivery girl, valet parker, waitress and hotel maid. She holds two Masters degrees, which definitely says something! She credits no member of her family for any encouragement in the writing of this book or any book where she mentions mothers, fathers or siblings.
