Synopsis

A disgruntled scientist arranges to have a quantity of Ebola virus stolen from the CDC in Atlanta. The White House receives a letter demanding a huge sum of money or the virus will be unleashed. To demonstrate the ability to do this the scientist and his conspirators infect a small cruise ship bound for the Caribbean on a cruise for people engaged in the swinger's life style. The ship is found at sea with most of the passengers and crew dead or dying. The case is assigned to FBI Inspector Ben Douglas. He and his team of agents and scientists must identify and track down the extortionists before more mass murders occur. They are on a trail that will lead them from coast to coast as they frantically attempt to bring the mayhem to an end.
