À propos de l'auteur

Deon Lock Maas is an art teacher who has worked in that capacity at the Abingdon-Avon, Avon, Spoon River Valley, Farmington, and Hartsburg-Emden school districts. Deon is a National Board Certified Teacher and has a Masters Degree in Teaching and Education. She is a cancer survivor who invented the "Anti-Ouch Pouch" mastectomy pillow, which is an ongoing community service project for the American Sewing Guild. Thomas Conway Maas was raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Oshkosh and Chicago Kent College of Law. Thomas worked as an Assistant State’s Attorney in Fulton County, Illinois. For the remainder of his law career, he was in private practice in Farmington, Illinois, concentrating on family and criminal law. Thomas was an enthusiastic thirty-three year member of Toastmasters International.
