Case of the Missing Byte follows the adventures of Larah and Kury as they search for their dog Byte. Larah and Kury live in a magical world where the computer comes to life as a whimsical castle. The children meet and interact with its integral parts depicted by bright and quirky characters. They soon discover that the castle is under attack by a Virus and that all inhabitants are falling asleep under its spell, including the all-knowing King CPU, who is their key to finding Byte. The children must find the Anti-Virus and apply it before the whole castle is plunged into darkness and Byte is gone forever.
