This new volume is a companion to the video series, and comprises lecture notes in outline format. Notes are amply illustrated with thumbnail color photos, diagrams, maps and plans referenced in the video programs. It is not a stand-alone account of the history of ancient Greek civilization, but is meant to be used as a study guide by viewers of the video series.

À propos de l?auteur

DR. WILLIAM J. NEIDINGER is an historian and archaeologist associated with the Texas Foundation for Archaeological & Historical Research (TFAHR). He holds degrees from Fordham University, University of Madrid, and Rice University. Over the past thirty-five years he has directed and co-directed more than a dozen excavations in the Middle East, the Balkans, and southern Europe. Dr. Neidinger has lectured on mythology, classical culture, archaeology, medieval history, religion, art history, and the Middle East at diverse universities, colleges, adult educational institutions, churches and synagogues in Texas since 1977.
