Bryce Nathan Risser was born and raised in a small town in North Dakota. While a sophomore in high school, he released his first 45 rpm record of Rock 'n Roll music that he composed and performed on his guitar. He attended St. Olaf College and the University of Minnesota, then enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps. After his honorable discharge, he returned to his hometown of Valley City, purchased his childhood home, and raised his son and daughter there. His poetry was first published in 1976. His critically acclaimed country/folk music album, 'Prairie Tales', all original songs, was released at the same time. 'Prairie Tales' was re-released as a CD in 2008. Writing and music have been lifetime interests for Bryce and he recently added voice acting to his repertoire. After many years in the business world, he currently devotes full attention to his creative life. Bryce resides in Sedona, Arizona, USA.
