David Wood and Ian Campbell were two ideally suited people to undertake the investigation of Rennes-le-Château. David Wood was an army trained trigonometrical surveyor who in his civilian life founded a very successful lithographic printing company. This gave him the ability to make maps - a very necessary requirement in our studies. Ian Campbell is a qualified astro-physicist and math teacher with some computer programming abilities. David Wood published what he had discovered in France in his first book "Genisis - the First Book of Revelations" and Ian Campbell had the skills which enabled him to prove Wood's discovery through a thorough analysis of the work using co-ordinate geometry on the computer. Together they possessed exactly the skill-set necessary to test Wood's findings to the limit.
