In this book, I present simple steps that students and lecturers can take to make a difference in their careers. The ideas in the book emerged from my experience providing countless workshops and consulting engagements with students and lecturers in various universities and secondary schools in Nigeria (including the University of Lagos, University of Abuja, Anambra State University, The Nigerian Turkish Nile University, the Lead British International School and Bells University of Technology). Also, my experience as a lecturer in Nigeria and North America has provided me with a unique perspective into the great potential that exists for educators within their respective institutions.
