Parag Bakde joined SAP 20 years ago as a developer and has worked as a platinum consultant, project lead, program manager, and subject matter expert, helping lead customers' digital supply chain transformation projects within the consumer goods, pharmaceutical, high-tech, and chemical industries. He has worked on various SAP planning solutions such as SAP ERP, SAP APO, SAP SNC, and SAP IBP. As a customer success partner, Parag was responsible for adoption and value realization of SAP IBP within south market units. He is currently part of the customer innovation office as a principal solution advisor, providing SAP IBP solution expertise for various sales engagement.

Rishabh Gupta joined SAP 16 years ago. He started as a developer in a purely technical team, but soon moved to a more functional team within SAP APO, wherein he architected and developed some of the key topics in PP-DS. In 2014, he joined the SCM Center of Expertise in SAP North America to help customers implement critical functionality utilizing his background with the product. Since then, he has helped customers from different industries successfully implement their projects in the SAP APO and SAP IBP product areas. He currently leads a team of experts that works in close collaboration with the SAP development team, helping customers safeguard their digital transformation journey.
