March 1, 1995 Jeff and Karla Matson married for time and all eternity in the Georgia Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Jeff was 35 years old and a confirmed bachelor. Karla was divorced with three children. Jeff took on the greatest challenge of his life with love and laughter. Together they were blessed with four more children and their plans were to raise their family and grow old together. Instead Heavenly Father had a different plan. Jason, Kera, Kailee, & Jenna Matson loved their father and they loved the idea of 'I Miss My Daddy'. All of their lives they had been taught to teach and serve others and watched their parents live the gospel principles. With 'I Miss My Daddy' they are able to reach out and help others. Under the direction of their mother who is a Parent Educator they have held workshops in Kansas City, St. Louis, and Branson, Missouri to help many understand the grieving process. Together with Marie Duncan-Wagers their thoughts and emotions have come together to form a beautiful tribute to their dad and spread a message that effects all of us in our lifetime. Matt Vroom is an excellent artist. His work captures Jeff's great love of his family.
