The author Dan Woodall has adventured across the Sahara Desert and to the Arctic Circle using old, botched and home-made, low tech vehicles. He runs classic trucks on vegetable oil, studied 3-D Design and Philosophy. He has worked in the Fire Service and Army driving all-sorts and has a strong belief in repair and enhance rather than throw away.
