Synopsis

The book is primarily about a conceptual design for a market economy that minimises the the need for a large government bureaucracy. Thereby establishing a low tax, high wage economy that is fair and sustainable. By establishing in law statutory maximum and minimum wage rates ratios for different types of business enterprise and enabling business managers to decide what level of corporation tax they want the business to pay, vast inequalities of income will be impossible. Poverty can be eliminated; the rich are always with us. However, poverty will be a person's choice; not a condition that is imposed on people by the economic system as it it is now currently constructed.
