Kathy Lindert is a Certified Hypnotist in the state of New Jersey as well as a certified trainer in hypnosis. Her private practice is located in Caldwell, NJ. She is a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. Kathy became involved in hypnosis when a family member was diagnosed with obsessive-compulsive disorder. Kathy had seen an article in “Prevention Magazine” on hypnosis and how it helps with fears and phobias and thought, “what can I lose?” She went for her training and was able to help the family member overcome their fears and “SOLD” on how hypnosis can help people help themselves. Kathy has been helping clients for years with a wide variety of conditions. Among them are: Weight Loss, Stop Smoking, Stress Reduction, Improved Sports Performance, Public Speaking, Sales Success, Studying Skills, Sleeping problems, Fears and Tinnitus. While Kathy was in her previous career as a successful mortgage banker, she saw that many people were not satisfied with their life.
