Tessa Patterson lives in Cheshire and is married with three children and an assortment of animals! She has enjoyed cooking since she was a young child. Her mother taught her how to cook from scratch without resorting to ready meals. Over the last few years, food prices have spiralled and due to this Tessa decided to publish some of her thrifty recipes. Tessa also enjoys gardening, especially growing fruit and veg, writing, art, music and anything to do with wildlife, nature and preserving the countryside.
