Dr. Peter S. Pierro is a retired professor at the University of Oklahoma. He has degrees in history, psychology, and education from Northern Illinois University. Among other sports experiences, he played with the Will-Walt team in the Northern Illinois Fastball League, the Utica Yanks semi-professional baseball team, and U. S. Navy and Illinois Valley Community College basketball teams. He has taught at the elementary, junior high school, high school, and university levels and has coached basketball, baseball, and softball at the child, youth, high school, and adult levels.
