Matt A. Casado is Professor Emeritus of Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona and member of the International CHRIE. His teaching specialty is hospitality operations and research. A veteran of the lodging industry, he trained in Switzerland and England. Casado the author of other hospitality management and foreign-language learning books, also has considerable experience managing hotels in the United States and Europe.
