Synopsis

If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired this is the book for you. Over the years the topics of health have gotten extremely complicated. Research is constantly growing and getting more and more difficult to understand. One source may tell you to do one thing and another source may tell you opposite information and all you feel is confusion.   Dr. Short has taken the confusion out of health. This book has done a glorious job of simplifying a difficult topic. Personally, as a chiropractic physician, I deal with a lot of nutrition and he has always been my source for answers. I love how his mind can read complex research and create easy to follow guidelines that can help you feel better.   His energy and optimism for patient health can be matched by no one else and this book is a shinning star towards his goal to heal the world. His passion and drive is an inspiration to me and did I forget to mention he is also my husband.   Callie Garrison-Short B.S.,D.C.
