Synopsis

“The focus of this book is not on winning but in the “way” that makes successful individuals possible. You occasionally hear of a team that rises to the top and makes it to the state championship or possibly the national championship in a given year. Some years are just better than others and it may truly be a “one time” deal. However, when a team starts winning at the district, regional, and national levels consistently, you begin to wonder how this does happen?” “In America today we look at our leaders at the highest level and find that many truly lack that vital element of character! We see and hear “so called leaders” who hold some of the highest offices in the land and we continually become disappointed and dismayed by the way their personal lives are often played out in the media through sexual scandal, financial misappropriations, drug use, etc. The approval rate of our top leaders of both major political parties have some of the lowest approval ratings in history. We even see some of our religious leaders “fall from grace” from some of the same issues mentioned above. We certainly know that none of us are perfect but we all seem to be searching for those individuals who possess that vital trait of character!” This book is about such an individual!
