His experiences as missionary, Marine, contractor, employee, trainer, business owner, consultant, husband and father uniquely qualify him to deliver dynamic and inspiring instruction and consulting which help individuals and companies deal effectively with the practical problems of today’s work world. Realizing that his greatest joy comes from helping others to succeed, in 1995 he founded A+ Results to assist others in their quest for successful living. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Sciences, a Master of Science in Management Human Resources, and a Masters in Project Management, all of which he earned while working full time.
