Having studied Psychology, something always fascinated me about people. Throughout my studies and personal life, I have loved meeting new people and discovering what makes them happy, excited and passionate about life. Through a period of mentoring students at University, I started to write some articles on stress busting, time management and friendship. I also have a keen interest in health matters, and have studied nutrition in depth. It's exciting to share my passion in such areas with others, and I have started to put my studies, articles and other insights I have gained so far into book format. My passions lie in travel, and I try to see as much of the world as I can. I also love music, reading and great films. I currently live in Scotland, UK.
