À propos de l'auteur

Betty Phillips Goerss completed her B.S. in Elementary Education at the age of 31 and taught sixth grade in Virginia. After moving to Pennsylvania, she became a reading specialist and ultimately completed her doctorate of education at the University of Pittsburgh. She taught pre-service teachers in both Ohio and Indiana before retiring to Tennessee where she has continued consulting and volunteering in local schools.
