Biographie de l'auteur

Lynnette Hartwig is a lifelong traveler who collects fail-safe techniques and tips for travel, work and life. As a Project Manager and Designer, one of her projects was designing an airport baggage scanner from the ground up, everything from selecting the casters to calculating lead shielding thickness to perfecting the backscatter troughs. She has authored several other books, including Italy for First Timers, Contractor Heaven: Bringing Out the Best in Your Home Improvement Contractor, Briefcase Travel, and Warranty Work.
